El primer propòsit d'aquest web és proporcionar, a aquells qui no coneixeu Israel, un acostament al país a través de la seva producció literària. Acostar-vos a aquest "altre" Israel perquè en pogueu també dir "el meu Israel", en hebreu, "Israel shelí". Per a aquells qui ja el coneixeu, espero que el web us sigui útil com a eina que intenta aplegar tota la informació sobre la literatura israeliana (en llengües hebrea, àrab, espanyola i judeo-espanyola), que s'ha publicat al nostre país fins al dia d'avui. Hi incloc també un apartat de literatura jiddisch (ara en construcció), que voldria que fos també una mena de catàleg complet dels autors en aquesta llengua i les seves obres, que s'han editat i que s'editen a Catalunya i a Espanya. Espero que en gaudiu, però sobretot espero que us ajudi a conèixer Israel i, encara més, a estimar-lo. |
